Here at Fresh Food Market, every effort is made to ensure that your order is correct and of good quality. However, if you think there is an issue with your order, simply use the 'Contact Us' tab to let us know the issue.
Our refund policy consists of:
- Contact with us regarding your order issue must be made on the same day of delivery; our packaging is designed to keep our products cool, simulating a fridge, for up to three days. Therefore, it is not possible to action a refund on orders that have been left outside past the delivery date.
- Reason for refund; describe the issue and, if possible, provide pictures.
- Process for refund; we will contact you back as soon as possible regarding the issue.
- Giving the refund; if there is a genuine problem with your order, we will action a refund to your account and even process a new delivery with your items.
- Because we primarily deal with raw meats, we do not allow returns.
